PrairieView is the application that controls all of the scanning and image collection functions of the Ultima and upgraded confocal microscopes. Image size, scan rate, pan, zoom, scan rotation, PMT settings, laser wavelength and power level, line scan, region of interest (ROI), file saving and naming, Z-Series, and T-Series are all conducted using PrairieView.
